About the Position
As a key member of our management team, the ‘Scheduling Manager’ assigns staff to clients according to their needs as identified in the Plan of Care. Services are scheduled to cover all client needs, and changes are communicated to clients and care staff.
Ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, would have worked in a customer service capacity, be computer savvy, possess excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude. Experience in management of staff and handling field marketing activities will be an additional advantage. The successful candidate will step up to prove herself/ himself as an important member of the management team and will be eligible for additional bonuses depending on growth and aptitude.
