**Description**

Our Housekeepers support, build meaningful relationships and love each resident like their own family.

As a Housekeeper my direct contact with residents and their guests can make their day, so I will do everything I can to delight them with my excellent service and my smile.

As a Housekeeper Ill be responsible for maintaining the feeling of home within our community and with each individual resident all while ensuring the residents receive world class service.

Although my role as a Housekeeper can be demanding and sometimes tiresome, I know the reward of providing legendary service to our residents, their guest and fellow associates can highlight of their day.

At Senior Star all associates have a role in the sales process. The Housekeeper is uniquely positioned to influence the decision to move in by potential residents and their families. The Housekeeper must take pride in the work that they do and be able to speak to why Senior Star is the right community for the potential resident.

Additional job duties

* Must be able to stand, sit, walk, squat, kneel, bend, reach and grasp frequently;

* Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently, and over 20 pounds occasionally; and

* Can speak, see, and hear, so that I can communicate with residents and co-workers
