Senior Scripts is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Chesterfield, MO 63005

Who we are:

Senior Scripts Pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy dispensing and delivering medications to patients residing within a residential and skilled nursing facilities.

What you'll do:

• Enter prescriptions and medication orders from long term care facilities and doctor's offices.
• Customer Service (Answering phones, making calls to long term care facilities and doctor's offices)
• Maintaining first dose (emergency kit) usage and billing
• Other duties as needed

Our ideal candidate:

• Missouri Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing) with at least 2 years of pharmacy experience or data
• Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
• High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
• Independent self-motivator

• Applicant does not need a Pharmacy Technician License prior to applying. Upon hire, simply apply for a Pharmacy Technician license through Missouri Board of Pharmacy. NO TESTING REQUIRED!

Skills and abilities:

• Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/self-driven
• Customer and communication skills with a positive demeanor
• Computer, data entry, email knowledge, pharmacy software experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
