Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Oversees patient health and safety, clinical processes, and state/federal compliance.

• Manages health assessments, plans of care and condition changes.

•Hires, trains, and supervises assisted living and memory care staff.

•Coordinates employee schedules for assisted living and memory care.

•Responsible for leadership of quality assurance initiatives.

•Performs audits in preparation for state survey in accordance with state, federal and company guidelines and regulations.

•Creates and maintains a positive working environment and patient focused customer service experience. 

•Participates in orientation and training for all new hires.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification in the appropriate state required.

• Current CPR certification required.

• Two (2) or more years of experience in healthcare or related field in a supervisory clinical role in healthcare, preferably assisted living or memory care.
