Position summary

As the Concierge you are the first impression of the community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer and transfer calls
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Distribute resident mail
• Maintain lobby in a clean and uncluttered manner
• Make Rounds of the Community (Inside and Out)
• Assist with Housekeeping duties
• First point of contact for Residents to ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with Programs for the Residents 

Physical Demands:

• Walking long distances
• Traverse Staircases
• Push / pull minimum of 45 lbs.
• Lifting / bending / stopping
