• Conduct electrical repairs and installations, ensuring a safe and efficient electrical system.
• Handle plumbing tasks, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and address a variety of maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with expertise in painting, trim work, drywall, electrical, and plumbing.

Education and Certifications:
