Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Home Health Aide located in Fredericksburg, VA. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, patient care, personal care, and communication with clients and their families.
Qualifications
- Home Care, Activities of Daily Living, and Patient Care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in providing personal care to individuals
- Knowledge of in-home care procedures and infection control
- Understanding of client's rights and safety procedures
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Certification or training as a Home Health Aide is preferred
