We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety of patients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Follow all infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients

Skills:
- Experience in home care or assisted living settings is preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care and memory care is a plus
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Proficient in taking vital signs accurately
- Excellent caregiving skills, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for patients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Empathy and understanding towards individuals with diverse needs
