Responsibilities:
-Train caregivers for ADLs as needed

Sub for caregivers who call off

Assess new clients

Assist with professional training

Help hire caregivers

Help with onboarding

Be flexible with travel for assessments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver coordinator or in a related field (e.g., nursing, social work, childcare)
- Knowledge of patients' rights
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs as needed when a sub
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects or individuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy

-Professional in presentation for assessments and supervising

- at least a year of college

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
