We're seeking caring and energetic individuals to provide top-notch assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Care Superstar:

   • Hygiene Helper: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, ensuring our clients feel their best.
   • Mobility Champion: Aid with walking, transfers, and positioning, helping clients move safely and confidently.
   • Continence Care Expert: Provide dignified support with continence needs, ensuring comfort and cleanliness.

2. Everyday Hero:

   • Meal Maestro: Plan and prepare delicious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs, making every dining experience enjoyable and nutritious.
   • Medication Monitor: Assist with medication reminders, ensuring clients stay on track with their health plans.
   • Household Helper: Keep the home tidy with light cleaning and laundry, creating a pleasant environment.
   • Errand Extraordinaire: Run essential errands like grocery shopping and prescription pickups.
   • Transportation Guide: Arrange or provide transport to appointments and activities, making every trip safe and smooth.

3. Compassionate Companion:

   • Engaging Activities: Share meaningful conversations and activities, bringing joy and connection to clients' lives.
   • Well-being Watcher: Monitor and report on clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring they receive the support they need.

4. Safety Guardian:

   • Home Safety Expert: Identify and minimize hazards, creating a safe living space.
   • Emergency Responder: Handle emergencies swiftly and calmly, following all protocols.

5. Communication Pro:

   • Detail-Oriented: Keep accurate records of care and client conditions.
   • Team Player: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

6. Lifelong Learner:

   • Ongoing Training: Attend training sessions and staff meetings to stay sharp and informed.
   • Versatile Support: Step up for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in caregiving or nursing assistance is a plus.
• Experience: Whether you're new or experienced, if you have a passion for caregiving, we want you!
• Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks with ease.
  • Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene practices.
  • Strong organizational skills.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Clients' homes or residential facilities.
• Physical Demands: Be ready to assist with mobility and personal care tasks.
• Hours: Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to fit your schedule and clients' needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. OT hours are highly likely!
