Job Summary:
Senior Helpers, a leading provider of in-home senior care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Richland, WA. This position is available on weekdays or weekends with the flexibility of being on call. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care to seniors in their homes, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a part-time, hourly role in the healthcare/medical field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, following their personalized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medications following clients' healthcare plans
- Help seniors with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and engage seniors in meaningful activities
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the designated supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Senior Helpers team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, and 18 years or older
- Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a homecare or healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Willingness to work weekends and be on call
