Job Summary :

Senior Helpers - Denver has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Caregiver in Morrison, Colorado.

As a caregiver, you will have the rewarding experience of providing in-home care to seniors in need.

The successful candidate will be compassionate, organized, and dedicated to providing quality care to our clients.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a part-time hourly position offering a competitive pay rate of $18.29 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate and personal care to clients in their homes under the supervision of a care manager
• Assist with daily tasks including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care manager
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
• Attend ongoing training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements :

• Caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have your own vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving such as lifting and transferring clients
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
