Job Summary:
Senior Helpers - Naples & Bonita Springs, a leading provider of in-home senior care services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Private Duty Marketer to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. In this full-time, individual contributor role, the Private Duty Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services to potential clients in the local community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the senior care industry and possess excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time salary position in the Home Health industry with a competitive compensation range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year. The chosen candidate will also have access to benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads for the private duty services offered by Senior Helpers - Naples & Bonita Springs.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Plan and attend networking events, conferences, and community events to promote our brand and services.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients and their families to explain our services and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing efforts and report on key performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in the senior care industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and attend events outside of normal business hours.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
