What you bring:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with 1 or more years of experience (required)
• Must know how to operate a Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt (required)
• Experience with Stand to Sit, Sit to Stand, Pivot, and Slide Boards (preferred)
• Skilled with Clients with Bed Mobility (preferred)
• Alzheimer's and Dementia trained within the last 12 months (Preferred)
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance (Required)

What you will be doing:

• Assist your client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned including, but not limited to, bathing, dressing, personal care, and physical and emotional support
• Build a positive relationship with your client by taking part in engaging conversations and participating in your clients' favorite hobbies
• Be able to perform light housekeeping, cook, and run errands as needed
• Provide individualized care as detailed in care plan
• Have ability to remain calm and collected during emergencies
• Be able to communicate with office in regard to any client changes to the office
