Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, focusing on evening and night time needs.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort during sleep hours.
• Monitor residents' vital signs, document changes in their conditions, and communicate any concerns to the nursing staff.
• Uphold resident safety and well-being by adhering to infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the nursing team, residents, and their families to promote holistic well-being.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Completion of state-approved CNA training program.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, with a focus on nighttime care considerations.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate demeanor and a deep respect for resident dignity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
