Position Description
The Banquet Bar Back will provide friendly, excellentservice to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stockedat all times. Responsible for deliveryof requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, fruit,glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice, etc.). Position requires extensive physical exertion of the arms, hands andlegs, the use of four wheel carts, four wheel ice containers and two wheeltrash containers. Tasks include pushing,pulling, lifting, bending, walking and reaching. Position requires the ability to communicateeffectively in English. All duties areto be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’spolicies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Position Requirements
Education/Experience:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
2. High school diploma or its equivalency preferred.
3. Previous customer service experience preferred.
4. Ability to operate the following equipment:Juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines, and other necessary equipment.
Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:
1. Must possess excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
3. Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
4. Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

1. Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino.
2. Must have the ability to bend, squat and frequently lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
3. Must be able to exert well-paced mobility to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
4. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees and members of the business community in all situations.
