Your responsibilities will include helping with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation while encouraging independence. You'll also support social engagement and leisure activities, maintain records, and ensure a clean and safe environment. Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel within Northern Virginia.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on-call as needed.
• Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
