THE TEAM
The Pharmacy Operations Team sits within the Patient Success department. Healthcare is fundamentally a service industry and as a result, so much of the experience that our patients love and our pharmaceutical and health partners see positively reflected in our program outcomes is based on this essential interaction between humans and technology. Our product bridges the online and offline worlds and as a team, we sit right at that intersection - between Sempre’s technology and the patient experience. As a group, we are passionate about helping patients above all, and we focus on leveraging collaboration and continuous improvement to scale our business and best support patients in affording and accessing their medications. We strive to ensure that our patients find value in our program and love the level of support they receive from us.
THE ROLE
This is a hourly role with weekend coverage. The work-week starting on Thursday and ending on Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday are off).
You’ll work to help our patients save money by driving our engagements with pharmacies. Using our internal software tools, you will play an integral role in helping patients maximize their adherence and access to medication! In this role, you will need to be comfortable engaging with third-parties on the phone and adept at documenting those conversations — 95% of your time will be spent on the phone. You will act as the external face of our rapidly-growing organization as we engage directly with pharmacists to help patients save money.
