QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in commercial new & rehab construction
- Ability to schedule, plan and organize a project
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Carpentry skills are a must (trim & rough carpentry)
- Good physical condition and stamina
- MD, DC, VA projects: Reliably commute to various projects (Required)
- Project Manager / Foreman: 2 years experience (Required)
- Commercial construction: 8 years (Required)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On-site management of commercial construction projects
- Prepare weekly schedules and job reports for your project
- Coordinate materials on site and deliveries of pre-ordered items
- Interact with GC, superintendent, project managers with project details and needs
- Coordinate tasks of our employee's, contractors and subs
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite in our customers' homes
- Expected hours: 40 per week

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
