Signarama-Destin is looking for an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to join our amazing team! 

Position Summary: Be able to recognize sign opportunities and present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner to customers resulting in closed sales orders. Increase sales volume of location. 

Responsibilities: 

• Visit every business on team member's assigned route: offices, restaurants, industrial parks, all business and organizations. 
• Introduce Signarama-Destin to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials. 
• Build rapport with potential customers. 
• Explain versatility of Signarama; Introduce services provided
• Generate interest on the part of the prospect
• Accurately fill in sign layout forms
• Bring back business card and information needed to create estimates for potential orders. 
• Maintain a consistent and organized follow-up system. 
• Follow up on all leads, pricing and prepare quotes. 
• Close sales, collect deposits and in-full payments
• Meet or exceed prescribed sales goals
• Assist in operating and managing the store when needed. 
• Remarket areas every three months. 
• Deliver estimates in a timely fashion. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs. 
• Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis. 
• Physical Demand: Must have ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
