Responsibilities:

· Maintain Supply Chain SOPs.

· Submit purchase orders (POs) and/or Drop Ship Container orders. Carry out Drop Ship receiving processes for both CIF and FOB shipments. Verify that the PO on file contains all necessary documentation and ensure accuracy of PO/Order Acknowledgment.

· Prepare FOB customer shipping docs. Oversee FOB customers by collaborating with FOB brokers, managing the FOB receiving and invoicing procedures and ensuring that customers/agents receive all necessary shipping documents.

· Respond timely to customer inquiries, provide status updates as requested and adjustments such as price and/or quantity changes.

· Review customer`s shortages and damages, issue shortage credits when necessary to include FDA samples.

· Coordinate with factories established modifications, updates, shipping dates, documentation, bookings, etc. Additionally, review and request credit and debit notes from factories in cases of incorrect invoicing.

· Manage the Drop Ship inbound documents.

· Manage factory and customer pricing: confirm all factory PO pricing is correct and updated in SW. Work with Sales Admin to update customer pricing and update in SW.

· Confirm dimensions and weights and update reports accordingly.

· Provide updates to customers and the sales team weekly through Excell reports, including Customer Updates and Software (SW) updates, as well as Customer Build Tools and the SIA DS forecast.

· Obtain quotes from Ocean Freight carriers when requested for new lanes.

Qualifications:

· High School or GED Equivalent

· 1 to 2 years of experience working in supply chain management

· Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Excel experience a must
