Semper Home Loans is Hiring a Retail Loan Originator (Leads Provided) Near Westerly, RI
- Originate residential mortgage loans by establishing and nurturing relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, and other referral sources.
- Evaluate and guide borrowers through the loan application process, explaining various loan programs and product options.
- Analyze applicants' financial situations to determine the best loan products for their needs.
- Assist borrowers in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Ensure all loan applications are compliant with company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with our underwriting and processing teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient loan closing process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing borrower inquiries and concerns throughout the loan process.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and market conditions to better serve our clients.
- Meet or exceed production and performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Must be a licensed Loan Originator, adhering to all state and federal regulations.
- Proven track record of successful loan origination and a strong book of business is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Positive attitude and a drive for success.
- This is in in-person role and you must live in either RI, MA, or CT to qualify.
