Join our vibrant dental practice and be the first smile patients see! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to handle the front desk and bring sunshine to every interaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love putting patients at ease, read on!

Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a friendly and informative touch.
  • Organization Master: Manage patient records, verify insurance, and handle billing tasks efficiently.
  • Multitasking Marvel: Juggle scheduling, filing, and basic office duties alongside patient support.
  • Technology Champion: Be comfortable using dental practice software and other office technology.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with the dentist and staff to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and dental practice software preferred.
