Overview
The Total Rewards Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Total Rewards Team to help us achieve our goal of attracting, retaining, and rewarding the best people.
You will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Compensation and Benefits, and partner closely the Total Rewards team and the broader HR Team.
Specifically, you will be responsible for assisting with the support and administration of our global rewards programs to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and customer service to the organization.
