Responsibilities

The Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Team is looking for support with all DE&I initiatives, with program delivery, communication, and administration across all programs led by the department, including: DE&I training, Team Member Resource Groups, and partners support. The intern will have two leaders/mentors on the team, the TMRG Manager, and the Communications Manager.

Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Administrative support planning and coordination, such a scheduling
  • Preparing materials for property-level program elements
  • Training and communications
  • Events and activations
• Communications:
  • Prepare and plan team member communications
  • Create and coordinate posting schedule for internal social media channel
  • Prepare written and visual content.
• Research
  • Scanning practices and developments to inform updates programs

Qualifications

• A currently enrolled college student 
• Individuals who show an interest in DE&I work.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Must be collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative to work independently
• Has attention to detail and practices good judgment
• Curious about learning new technology and workflows
• Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information
