Director, Embryo Operations
USA (Madison, WI or Syracuse, NY)

Full time, permanent

We are currently looking for a passionate Director, Embryo Operations to join our USA team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Vice-President, Embryo, and work closely with a team of passionate IVF Managers, Supervisors, and technicians across North America. Leading our IVF operations in the USA, you will ensure functional effectiveness and efficiency and facilitate standardization across all laboratory locations. As a member of our Boviteq Leadership Team, you will collaborate on broader company strategies and facilitate alignment with your teams. With a focus on management and leadership, you will maintain relationships with various internal teams, partners, vendors, and customers.

What you will do:

Provides leadership and oversight to the Embryo Laboratory Manager and their teams.
Ensures effective and efficient operations across our USA laboratories.
Participates in our strategic planning and leads our financial budgeting process for all USA labs.
Supports and collaborates on Boviteq’s global partnerships and growth.
Monitors operational KPI metrics and develops strategies to support demand and growth.
Provides leadership and hands-on management of Laboratory teams to influence employee commitment to the organization, to the team, and to their responsibilities.

What you need to be successful:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and decisively.
Comprehension of IVF and reproductive technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in animal science, biotechnology or equivalent is required.
5 to 7 years management experience, with an emphasis on people leadership and operational scope.
