JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Training and developing custodial staff
Coordinates work assignments
Inspect completed work
Assist with inventory control, supplies, and keys.
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee cleanliness of common areas including supply room.
Responsible for keeping team encouraged and motivated
Perform all other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
Attention to detail and skilled organization.
Strong supervisor skills, ability to designate responsibilities.
Valid DL and clean driving record.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and procedures.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and carry out verbal & written instructions independently.
Ability to work weekends, mornings, and evenings.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
