SellerSlice is Hiring an Ecom Tech Associate 1 - Entry-Level Near Vancouver, WA

Join SellerSlice as a Seller Success Agent, where you will be the go-to person for our subscribing brands as the one providing technical support and solutions on various e-commerce platforms. This entry-level position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce and customer support field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the internal team via phone, email, Slack, or Asana.
  • Serve as the first-level technical assistant for Amazon & Walmart sellers.
  • Perform basic remote troubleshooting for business-related issues on e-commerce platforms.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries.
  • Track and analyze product performance, reporting both issues and successes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate next level of support.
  • Participate in video meetings, webinars, and strategy calls with clients and team members.
  • Maintain and update customer documentation & data; generate activity reports as needed.
  • Contribute to team seasonality/holiday demands across the entire business such as Cyber Monday & Black Friday.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and common e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused, with a knack for problem-solving and providing practical solutions.
  • Eager to learn with a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote troubleshooting tools.
  • Previous e-commerce, customer support, or technical help desk experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
