Qualification:

• Must be certified in Microsoft Office 2019 Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or perform to that level of proficiency
• Must be able to interact with distance learning students through telephone and electronic communication to resolve concerns
• Must be able to troubleshoot and problem-solve roadblocks and disconnects that impact students’ ability to access and take on-line courses

Must be able to perform database management to include interpreting data trends to be used for informing decisions

Desired Experience:

The contractor shall provide management and oversight of AFCLC-led on-line courses using existing AU information systems to ensure timely and accurate execution of AFCLC course support from course registration through graduation. The contractor will be responsible for supporting the execution of four to six sections of each Distance Learning course per year. The contractor shall perform:

• Enrollment activities (such as interfacing with the registrar function, organizing course details in information management systems, gathering student information and creating/maintaining student information databases, and interfacing with students of interest in resolving stand-by lists to maximize course enrollment).
• Help Desk activities (such as responding to and addressing student issues and concerns pertaining to the courses, enrollment, and access).
• Performance Monitoring activities (such as maintaining awareness of student participation activity patterns by monitoring student statistics via information systems [such as accessing and capturing information from electronic grade book software and formatting for internal use and monitoring]).
• Student Retention activities (such as interfacing with individual students of relevance to encourage their continued participation and course completion).
• Grade Reporting activities (such as verifying grade accuracy in information systems as reported to the registrar and ensuring the registrar receives all grades for students as earned
