As a Valet Attendant, you will:

• Greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner.
• Explain the car retrieval procedure.
• Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the Valet area clean.
• Open Hotel doors for guests.
• Run to and from the parking garage when parking or retrieving vehicles.
• Offer information pertaining to services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.

As a Valet Attendant, you will be required to:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to deal with issues.
• Successfully pass a background and driving record check.
• Be able to communicate, read and write basic English.
• Be able to stand 100% of the shift.
• Be able to lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds, and possess the mobility and dexterity to meet the demands of this position.
• Be flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
• Be willing to adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff, and co-workers.
