Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents direct nursing care to assist with clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic services under the direction of Pain Management physicians and advanced practice providers. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Performs any other job related duties as requested by Manager or Director
