Self Direction is Hiring a Community Habilitation Worker Near Monroe, NY
An experienced support staff member is needed to work full-time for an individual located in Monroe, NY. An interest in fitness/exercise, biking, computers and artwork is preferred but not required. The individual is currently in the Self Direction program. Applicants must have experience in Community Habilitation work.
-Flexible Hours
-Assist with getting into the community (such as going to the gym & going grocery shopping)
-Assist with social skills, communication skills and money management and other goals.
-Assist with transporting individual (must have driving license and vehicle)
Pay is $26/hour. Up to 40 hours a week.
The individual is with the FI company Access: Supports for Living.
