Quality Control Production Associate

A Rapidly growing, Modern and Progressive Company with a 'Work-Hard / Play Hard' Team Environment, who designs, manufactures and custom fits Putters that are currently revolutionizing the sport of Golfing, is seeking a Quality Control Production Associate to join their growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities for Quality Control Production Associate:

  • Follow directions and processes to properly inspect putters for correct specifications, materials, and to ensure superior aesthetic Quality
  • Fix minor issues as Necessary
    • You will be provided ample training on how to do so
  • Accurately package and label finished products, with a focus on both precision and efficiency
  • General Cleanup as needed

Skills and Qualifications for Quality Control Production Associate:

  • Must be able to read & use a tape measure
  • Must be someone who takes pride in the work that they do and the quality of work being performed
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Must be able to follow SOP(s) and directives - Not being afraid to ask questions
  • Must be able to Multi-Task
  • Must showcase the ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as being able to be a team player and work as part of a larger team
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills, as well as being able to make independent decisions and judgement calls
  • Having a Passion for the Sport of Golf is Always a Plus, but Not Required

7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
