Selectek has an immediate opportunity for an MEP Construction Administrator in Richardson, TX . You must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States to be considered.
Requirements & Responsibilities :
- 3 years of construction administration experience
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and / or Revit
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints
- Bluebeam experience preferred
- Manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing submittals and shop drawing reviews
- Complete RFI responses
- Travel to the job site as needed and perform site observations Shift Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Pay and Wages : $50,000 - $75,000 annual salary depending on education and experience
Benefits : 401(k) plus company matching, health, life, vision, and dental insurance available after first 60 days
