Select Staffing is hiring a Manual Lathe Operator for a Warehouse here in the Boise area.
Pay : $25.00 HR
Shift : Monday-Friday 6 : 00 AM-2 : 30 PM
Manual Lathe Operator Job Duties :
- Able to set up and operate conventional lathes / milling machines.
- Perform Lathe operations (boring, turning, threading).
- OD and ID threading.
- Able to read blueprints.
- Able to use all types of micrometers, close tolerances and surface finishes.
Manual Lathe Operator Qualifications :
- Self motivated.
- Can operate dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers.
- Retrieve job paperwork left in workstation bin for first order of the day.
- Review detail of the job.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and adequately carry out a range of physical labor.
- Design part for job.
- Process part on manual lathe machine.
