Large logistic and transportation company is hiring customer service representative to add to their team!
We are looking for an experience Customer Services Representative with excellent customer service skills.
Temp-Hire opportunity!
Customer Service Duties :
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and emails
- Data entry
- Excellent customer service
Customer Service Schedule :
1st Shift 8am-4 : 30pm
Customer Service Pay :
$20 an hour
