We are seeking a talented EDI Coordinator to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Work with technical consultants for various systems including EDIHQ, manufacturer rep software, printers, and network for issues, maintenance, and enhancements
• Provide support and training to employees on systems
• Track EDI expenses and contracts
• Use SQL to create queries for ad hoc reporting and monitoring database discrepancies to be addressed
• Import data, run and send sales reports weekly
• Assist with the month end process
• Assist firm with internal tickets
• Add/terminate EDI connections
• Process EDI and mapping connections
• Troubleshooting
• Reports (pull, process, email)

What you need for this position:

• Minimum 2-year Electronic Data Interchange experience
• Minimum 2-year SQL experience
• Team player
• Detail oriented
• Flexible and open to other opportunities within the company

It’s an advantage to have:

• EDIHQ software
• AS2 knowledge
• IT base knowledge
• Manufacturer experience
