Looking for a Mobile Home Sales Agent which lives in the areas of which we are needing to fill including the New Port Richey, Lakeland, Tarpon Springs and Brandon FLORIDA areas. THIS IS OUTSIDE SALES - The Market is Hot and we are in need of sales professionals with a strong work ethic. Successful candidates will work with Mobile Home Sellers and Buyers on Leased Land. No Real Estate License is required . Sales Agent Responsibilities: 1. Obtain new Mobile Home listings 2. Maintain professional relationship with our clients throughout the purchase or selling process 3. MUST have GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS . Must have good negotiation skills 4. Respond promptly to phone, email and text communications with current and prospective customers 5. Generate new listings and follow-up on sales leads from various sources 6.
