We are seeking both LPN and CNA for our LTC facility in Burlington, VT.

Pay rate:

LPN - $35/hr

CNA - $20/hr

Shifts: Days, Evenings, Nights available, hours; 36 per week - 3x12

Requirements:

• Active VT LPN License // CNA certification
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• BLS Certification
• Preferred 1 year experience in LTC or Rehab facility
