We are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL Superintendent to lead our Nashville, TN team, setting us up for continued growth and success!

Superintendent Responsibilities:

· Plans and supervises all activities including manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, and work schedule.

· Maintain an overall schedule of projects, adjusting as necessary based on a number of factors.

· Daily Staff Field Dispatch

· Verify fleet follows standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance.

· Ensure all training and certifications for field staff is completed per company policies.

· Work hand in hand with the Division Manager.

· Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control and the ability to manage multiple projects and employees.

· This individual must also have the ability to identify critical issues and be pro-active in formulating action plans with all levels of management within the organization.

· Be a point of contact for customers.

· Build relationships with both field staff and external customers.

· Drive home Select Core Values and Standards.

Superintendent Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the concrete or general construction industry in a supervisory capacity.

· Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Strong computer literacy is needed. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn new programs.

· Exceptional organization and communication skills.

· OSHA 30 Certification a plus.

· Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
