Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Property Manager. The pay for this position will be up to $63,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position will require someone with affordable property management experience, and the ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

What You Will Do

The Roving Property Manager ensures that the operations of the properties in the assigned area of oversight comply with the standards and expectations of Seldin Company and the property-specific goals. The VP of Property Management or Regional Manager will give assignments for this role. They should use management and leadership skills to train, motivate, and empower our associates to reach their goals and those of the property. 

Skills and Requirements

• Residential Property Management
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
• Experience in managing and training staff 
• Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and organization skills
• Budget and financial reporting knowledge
• Two years of management experience
• Three to four years of property management experience
• Associates or Bachelors degree in any field, industry certifications will be considered
