Overview

Seldin Company is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Ogallala Village apartment community in Ogallala, NE. This is a HUD property with 30 units. This position will pay up to $18 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position will be 10AM-2PM, willing to discuss other options as well. Oncall after hours will be required.

What You Will Do

The Part-Time Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. 

Skills and Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Own basic tools
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
