Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Marbella Bay apartment community in Beaumont, TX. This is a conventional property with 176 units. This position will pay up to $24 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. EPA or HVAC certification required and CPO (certified pool operator) is a plus!

What You Will Do

The Lead Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. 

Skills and Requirements

• Three to four years of related experience or training
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
