Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in value-based care programs
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and reports to support business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, statistics, economics) required; Master's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a focus on value-based care
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
• Experience with healthcare claims data and electronic medical records
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
