Selby Jennings has been engaged by a real estate private equity firm in Austin, Texas to find a Senior Associate or Junior Vice President to join their team. This opportunity will allow you to work with a premier group in Austin as well as allow you to have an entrepreneurial take on a variety of asset classes that are growing in demand.

As a Senior Associate /Junior Vice President, you will be responsible for quarterbacking deals and monitoring real estate private equity and credit investment opportunities. You will also handle overseeing the financial modeling and initial due diligence for investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of real estate experience
• Bachelor’s degree required from a top university
• Minimum GPA of a 3.5
• Real estate Investment Banking experience
• ACT/SAT score is required
