We are representing a specialty investment banking boutique focused on advising technology and tech-enabled businesses. Our client is looking to hire an Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate to join their growing team in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting extensive client and industry sector due diligence
• Building detailed, bottom-up three statement financial and LBO models
• Developing analyses and information materials for transaction counterparties
• Researching and analyzing tech industry sectors and client prospects
• Managing workflows and collaborating with other bankers and interns
• Maintaining communications with clients and transaction partners

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Investment Banking Analyst experience at a reputable investment bank.
• Experience advising technology or tech-enables businesses.
• Significant M&A deal experience.
• Strong technical skillset in financial modelling (DCF, LBO, and 3-statement modelling).
• Currently based in Austin or strong ties to the location.
