A premier alternative management firm is looking for an Analyst to join the Portfolio Management team in Chicago, IL. The firm is focused on private credit and equity co-investment strategies for middle market companies and employs a multi- product strategy approach that spans the balance sheet including first and second lien senior debt, unitranche debt, mezzanine debt and equity capital.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :

• 1-3 years of public accounting, commercial banking, valuation services, or transaction advisory services
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of credit terms and structures, legal documentation, financial statement analysis and projection modeling
• Finance related degree with high GPA
