How You Will Contribute:

The Facilities Technician will support the maintenance and upkeep of the Selah House clinical locations, working alongside the Facilities Supervisor. Schedule: Monday-Friday, on call

Essential Responsibilities

  • Keeps properties, including the barn and surrounding area, clean and presentable.
  • Assists with keeping the lawn and grounds maintained using lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers power washers etc.).
  • Runs errands as needed for facilities.
  • Paints facilities as needed to maintain upkeep and appearance of facilities and surroundings.
  • Makes minor repairs for the facilities as needed.
  • Removes snow as needed, which includes being on call to remove snow as needed.
  • Cleans, straightens and maintains barn.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What We Are Seeking:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate lawn equipment.
  • Prior knowledge of general maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and with team members.
  • Ability to be a self-starter.
  • Prior experience painting.
  • Ability to use and climb ladders when necessary.

Other Requirements

Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
