Schedule: 11:00AM - 7:30PM Monday-Friday

Pay:

$22.12 - 27.40/hr

Position

Inspects products manufactured by Sekisui Aerospace for our customers ensuring compliance within all customer drawings and specification requirements.

Program Manager will:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of Sekisui Aerospace and supplier produced product, materials, and tooling in all work centers.
  • Document non-conformities on company rejection tags and inspection pick-up forms
  • Provide information and assistance to production and supervisory personnel.
  • Verify kits in final inspection prior to shipping.
  • Document compliance with customer purchase order requirements.
  • Provide training and/or assistance to other inspectors in the use of procedures or tools.
  • Prepare and execute Internal Audits. Provide internal audit report

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced blueprint reading skills.
  • Able to use hand inspection tools. (Calipers, 6" scales, height gage, etc.)
  • Advanced math aptitude.
  • Able to support inspection functions in multiple work centers.
  • Knowledge of industry record keeping procedures and best practices.
  • Familiar with digital, electronic inspection media.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse workforce.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root cause, and suggest corrective and continuous improvement actions.

Education:

Six to twelve months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • One to three years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
