 We are seeking a Cash Specialist to perform daily cash processing for all companies and other billing related activities.

 Essential Functions:

• Scanning and indexing of incoming checks and remittance correspondence, ensuring all pages are imaged correctly and quality standards are met.
• Processing, applying, and reconciling daily bank deposits including checks, ACH, wire, online banking and credit card transactions.
• Partner with Customer Service to research and resolve payment issues and ensure timely resolution of policy holder, agent, and mortgagee requests.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash balances and other exception items.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required plus one year of general office, accounting or banking experience. 
• Strong PC skills especially entry (speed and accuracy) Word and Excel.
